Car Dude

Never before have I found myself at a car show. Adrian loves cars...collecting models, making dioramas, studying them, drawing them, learning how to fix them. My someday automotive dude at his happy place.

Camp Joys #1 SWIMMING

What is the very first thing we did when we arrived at camp? SWIM. Obviously.

They could jump off the dock for hours upon hours. And they do, actually.

They enjoyed swimming with my nephew for the last week. too.

I really ought to count how many jumps they do in a day. Or maybe not since I probably can't count that high. Three kids, three cheers for more and more and more summer swimming.

4H Summer Virtual Learning

We've been participating in years of virtual learning with 4H and we have a special love for summer virtual learning. We have been able to take our screens to my dad's so we never have to miss a class in the multi class series.

This summer all three did Whimsical Watercolors. Adrian and Audra did Fundamentals of Animal Science. Anna-Kate did Once Upon a Time and Virtual Touch Tank. Audra did Water Ecology and taught for the first time in the crafty Festive Holidays in July class.

Today is the last day of summer learning and all three loved their classes.

PICK ME! Winter Wildlife Day

These were actually WINTER wildlife programs that I never got around to blogging about. We all love learning about nature and Anna-Kate in particular isn't shy about getting up front and center and raising her hand to answer ALL the questions. She actually knows the answers when she raises her hand. Confidence is soaring! Here are two programs we went to over winter.
