Hurricane prep consisted mostly of bringing the flowers in. Lots of things were cancelled, power trucks rolled in to help with power outages. Although I know in other places it did hit hard, it was nothing but a really breezy day here. We aired out our basement nicely, did a lot of gardening and piled wood into the woodshed. I have flowers everywhere, which is a marvelous thing.
