1 Cup butter, softened
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup oat bran
1/4 cup flax seed meal
2 1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, soda, bran, flax and oats. Placed 3/4 of prepared mixture in greased 9x13 pan. Press down so it's flat (I used the base of my 1 cup measuring cup). Stir choc chips and milk in separate bowl. Pop in microwave for 1 minute. Stir until melted. Spread in the 9x13 pan. Drop the remaining oat mixture in small dollops on top of the chocolate mixture. Press down.
Bake 350 for ~25 minutes.
The next day, warm them for 15 seconds in the microwave so the chocolate gets melty again. Deliciously dangerous.
