Flour Tortillas
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup warm water
Directions
1) Mix all ingredients in sequence until forms into a ball. Knead for another minute. (I use the hook on the kitchen aid mixer).
2) Turn onto floured surface. Divide into 8 large or 16 small balls. Cover and let rest for 15 min.
3) Lightly flour. Roll into desired size with rolling pin. Cook on over medium high heat on griddle for 1 min (or until lightly browned), flip over and cook for another minute.
4) Enjoy!
