Moosewood=vegetarian cookbook, which so happens to be such a perfect place for cattle to hang out since there's no beef served. My little kiddo who would never ever eat beef has found a perfect place for his cows to go on field trips. Cattle love, it's a thing. We'll likely have the oldest cow in the county with Adrian as the farmer.
