Ruffled Peasant Dress

A new dress for my baby girl.  A ruffled peasant dress to be exact.

I bought the fabric from the $0.99/yard bargain bin.  I was envisioning a dress such as this.  I found this pattern and whipped it up, adding a ruffled bottom and an appliqued butterfly.
