Made: Basket of Hope. (Free Pattern)
What to give someone who has lost so much in the last year? Nothing seems good enough. Watching someone go through that which is unimaginable is crushing. This little basket of 'hope' made her smile. The basket was filled with notecards of positive quotes, verses and sayings. A few uplifting thoughts to keep her keeping on.

ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet idea. I did something less crafty for my mom one year. I put little notes in a jar of the things I loved about her and certain memories from my childhood. She ate it up!
