Not my idea...it was a friend's. Oh, this was a good idea though. Mmm. When a sugar pumpkin meets the original cookie cake? Bliss, I tell you. This was a late night picture....because it's too good to wait to share. Mmm.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
1 stick of butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips
-Mix butter and sugars. Add eggs, pumpkin, mix. Add baking soda, salt, vanilla
and cream of tarter and mix. Mix in flour. Add chocolate chips.
Spread in a greased pie plate*. Bake at 350 for ~24 minutes. Devour.
* To spread quickly, I use cooking spray to spray the bottom of the
measuring cup. I use that to spread the dough without it sticking.
Quick and easy peasy.
Ha! My mouth was watering before I got past the first picture! :-)
ReplyDeleteInteresting, and anything with chocolate is good by me :) Thanks too for the vintage pouch I got in the mail today, cute!!! Reminds me of the 50's/60's kitchen towels my granny had!
